Great times at ECTP-2026

Many in the group attended the 23rd European Conference of ThermoPhysical properties outside of Paris, France. It was a wonderful venue near a castle, great talks and good discussion. The heat wave did not ruin the fun. Fufang also received the NETZSCH Young Scientist Award, congratulations to him! We presented the following talks:

Øivind: Towards a fundamental theory for transport properties of complex molecules

Vegard: Extending revised Enskog theory to liquid-like densities: Understanding collisional transfer of momentum and energy

Johannes: Viscosity, thermal conductivity and self-diffusion coefficient of the Lennard-Jones spline fluid: Evaluation of theories for a short-ranged potential.

Tage: Evaluation of Equations of State for Predicting Solid CO2 Formation in CCS and Natural Gas Applications

Fufang: Associative electrolyte PCSAFT: Thermodynamic properties of aqueous, nonaqueous, and mixed solvent electrolyte solutions + Award presentation.

Some pictures of Fufang, Johannes and Vegard can be found below. Tage; sorry I forgot to take a photo.
